I went on another tiny Lush splurge, and I am so, so happy with it. Hello bath, hair, and lips, Lush is headed your way!
Another great hair spray from Lush, with a scent so intoxicating I would buy it just for that. It’s hard to describe the scent, but if I had to put my finger anywhere near it, I would say it smells like an exotic ocean. Neroli-scented, this spray is an alternative to holding your hair in place and giving it that extra shot of shine we all need from time to time, without leaving your hair feeling crinkled and toxic. It may not give as strong a hold as those chemically-infused sprays, but it sure feels a lot better to run your hands through your hair after using Sea Spray.
Sugar Plum Fairy Lip Scrub
Already a huge ran of the Lush lip scrubs, I was excited to try out their holiday-themed purple currant-scented scrub. This is definitely a keeper, from it’s colour to it’s smell to it’s taste, so it’s a shame it’s only around for the season. Get it while you can! I can still smell it for hours on my lips after applying it, and did I mention on much I love that colour? It’s my new favourite way to buff my lips (don’t worry Bubblegum scrub, I haven’t forgotten you).
So White Bath Balm
This one takes me back. This is the first Lush bath bomb I ever tried, and it is by far still one of my favourites. Another here-for-the-holiday-season-only item, you need to get this bath bomb while you can. I may have to stock up on it. It smells deliciously of green apples, a smell that has yet to leave my room, to my greatest pleasure, ever since I purchased it. I haven’t used it yet this year, but I can’t wait until I do. The green diamond is a new addition this year, last year that bath bomb being purely white on the outside, so I’m curious to see if it’s insides have changed too. Last year it left the water a really lovely apple-red, but it kind of looks like there might be a few more colours mixed in this time around, which is exciting. I can still remember how soft it left my skin too, so I’m looking forward to that very much. I’m just happy to once more be reunited with its smell – nothing quite beats that. Mmmm apples.
